Come in groups, sprint alone, or make it a family goal. Especially suited for first-time runners that aim to make a difference with their 3K endeavor. We will support you all along the way and build your confidence for the 5K run for next year.

Last wknd, more than 200 runners and walkers from across #YYC took part in the annual @RunForCGY which also raised funds for @CanadasLifeline TY + congrats to all who organized, joined in, and helped make a difference to patients in their community!
